The old store(AKSys)’s main account for Amazon US was [info@aksys.co.kr] and it had been replaced by [rothnmyers@gamil.com] because AKSys tried to make a global account, but there was another [info@aksys.co.kr] in the EU. (Case ID 7975591161)
However, it was failed to migrate to [rothnmyers@gamil.com] and a new seller was made under [rothnmyers@gamil.com] account. Upon discussion with Amazon, delete the new seller, [rothnmyers@gamil.com]. (Case ID 8172917581)
However, another [rothnmyers@gamil.com] account for JP and AU under name of SHAKS store was founded. So, based on Amazon’s guide, that store in JP and AU was terminated. (Case ID 8187986891)
After (Case ID 8172917581) and (Case ID 8187986891), the old store(AKSys)’s main account [rothnmyers@gamil.com] has been blocked. we have escalated many cases to Seller Central and Brand Registery (Case ID 8419581921, 8446421021, and 8448033081), but in the end, we got the recommendation to terminate the old store(AKSys) because the main buyer account, [rothnmyers@gamil.com] had been erased, and no way to restore it based on Amazon policy. Now we are following the termination process but we are in trouble adding the deposit method without Main Account. Only sub-account can access to store(AKSys), but no way to draw. Its amount is around 22K USD.
